sense since it's staying light longer now. That night was awesome. We went to a couple different places and we stopped at Vee Lake where Megan set up her camera. She got a bunch of great shots, and this is one of the best. That's me and Meg under the aurora. It was just so beautiful. I've seen it a couple times before, but not in a few years. If you've never seen it before I hope you get to some day. It's just amazing. It makes me think of Psalm 19:1: "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands." They sure were proclaiming. It was like God was putting on a light show for us to see. He's such an artist. Friday afternoon I was flying high above the clouds looking down on creation, and Friday evening I was under the sky admiring the wonders above me. Words just can't describe. It was quite the day.

Aurora Borealis
It's been a busy first couple days here. Friday night Megan and I did end up going out to look at the auroras. We left at 12:15. There was still light in the sky, and beside it the northern lights were starting. Apparently I got here near the end of the aurora season, which makes
